Well, ’twas indeed the season of goodwill! What we thought would be a pared back Christmas campaign turned out to be anything but. In December we sent out 235 food and/or gift parcels for a total of 344 adults and 311 children, Our advent calendar and Spin the Wheel events were incredibly successful. At one point the foodbank was (almost) overrun with the amount of donations coming in from our donation points. We’ve seen so much generosity from our supporters old and new, the Christmas spirit was indeed alive and well.
